Deal Structure

Set the projection period (24–60 months) and the annual renewal uplift percentage for each scenario. The uplift applies to the exit-year rate when modelling the renewal period. Use the "Sync uplifts" toggle to keep both scenarios at the same uplift, or turn it off to set them independently.

Strategic Buy

Enter the committed annual contract value for the Strategic Buy scenario. Add mid-term ramps to model rate increases at a specific month — for example a ramp at Month 12 to a higher tier. The calculator prorates any ramp that falls mid-year.

Buy As You Go

Enter the starting annual spend for the incremental (pay-as-you-go) scenario. Add projected spend increases at any month to model organic growth or usage-based escalations over the term.
